My Philosophy

Food is not just fuel — it is memory, identity and connection. My cooking is rooted in the Italian tradition I grew up with, but shaped by everything I have learned abroad: the precision of Swiss fine dining, the boldness of Sydney's multicultural food scene, the refinement of cooking for Singapore's international clientele.

I believe great food starts with great ingredients, honest technique and the intention to make people feel something at the table.

I can come to your home and cook a bespoke dinner for any occasion. I can teach you to make pasta, pizza or bread from scratch. I can help you develop a recipe if you are a fellow chef. And I can do it in English, Italian or French — whichever makes you most comfortable.

Worked in fine dining restaurants in Geneva, developing precision and a refined palette.

Led a kitchen in Sydney, blending Italian roots with Pacific flavours and multicultural influences.

Singapore 2021–2023

Ran private dining experiences in Singapore, serving an international clientele with bespoke menus.
